Terms
PAYMENT TERMS: C.O.D., Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Net 25 Day upon approval. A service charge of 2.0% per month, which is an Annual Percentage Rate of 24% will be charged on all past due invoices. Accounts 30 days past due will revert to C.O.D. $1.00 minimum Finance Charge.

Most products have a 60-day guarantee unless otherwise specified. Products may be returned within the 60 days with a 10% restocking charge and must be in good condition. No restocking charge on defective products or improperly shipped merchandise No credit on abused goods.
All returns must have prior approval and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Without the RAN your account cannot be properly credited. A copy of your invoice or packing slip will also help to expedite a prompt posting of your credit.
Note: All products with an asterisk (*) are flammable and/or hazardous. Hazardous products cannot be returned by UPS.

Since specific applications are beyond our control, Fitzgerald's cannot assume responsibility for any risks, liabilities, or patent infringements that may result from the use of our products.
