EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID  PROCEDURES

INGESTION:

Flush with lots of clean water for at least 15 minutes.  Consult a physician.

INHALATION:

Remove victim to fresh air.  Give mouth to mouth breathing if person has stopped breathing.  Get medical attention.

SKIN:

Wash with soapy water.  Rinse thoroughly.  Consult a physician if irritation persists.

 

SECTION VII: PRECAUTIONS FOR  SAFE HANDLING AND USE

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE LARGE AMOUNTS ARE RELEASED:

Small spills may be absorbed on appropriate absorbent such as vermiculate, clay based absorbents, etc.  Large spills should be handled by stopping the flow of the liquid at its source, preventing further spread of the spill (as by diking and transferring the liquid and any spill clean-up debris to proper containers.)
